Starting on the delivery date, you have 100 nights to try out your Kipli mattress. If the mattress isn’t right for you and is in good condition, we’ll arrange for our carrier to pick it up before issuing a full refund. Please note that switching mattresses can cause some discomfort and that it takes a few days for your body to adjust.

10-year warranty

The Kipli mattress comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which is well beyond the standard two-year warranty required for products sold in the European Union.

"Excellent double mattress (160x200): it conforms well to the body while providing effective support. Very helpful customer service and delivery times were fully met, despite the Christmas season!! One thing worth noting is the cotton and hemp cover, which has a rather strong odor (reminiscent of jute, which I find unpleasant)—a detail that doesn’t seem to be explicitly mentioned on the website. It’s likely due to the hemp content, but I wasn’t aware of that; furthermore, the odor lingers for several nights, as the cover isn’t machine-washable but must be dry-cleaned (which takes time and involves additional costs). I’d also like to note that the cover is slightly larger than the mattress and doesn’t stay perfectly taut, creating a few wrinkles under the sheet. This sap, derived from a Sri Lankan tree, Hevea brasiliensis, is processed into blocks of latex. The Eurolatex label certifies that the product contains no synthetic materials or fibers.

- Say goodbye to night sweats: Natural latex is known for its breathability thanks to its cellular structure.

- A 100% healthy sleeping surface: Thanks to its breathable properties, organic natural latex is dust-mite-resistant, antibacterial, and hypoallergenic, making it ideal for people prone to allergies.

- Optimal comfort: two firmness levels (medium-firm or firm) to suit all body types. Whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, you’re sure to enjoy a restful night’s sleep thanks to the comfort of latex. Its elasticity provides an ultra-comfortable sleeping surface with optimal sleep independence. Often compared to a cloud, our mattress is every sleeper’s dream—it reduces pressure points and provides optimal back support.

- A little bonus: We wanted to create a high-end cover made of organic cotton and wood pulp to add a touch of softness to your bedding. Unlike the usual polyester fillings, we chose an organic wool filling.

- The Premium is a reversible mattress with one medium-firm side (7/10) and one soft side (5/10). The soft side is plush, while the medium-firm side offers more support. To ensure your comfort, we offer more than 15 different sizes. Of course, we carry standard sizes such as 140x190, 160x200 cm, and 180x200 cm. Perfect for sleeping as a couple, they’re also suitable for a single sleeper. If there’s a significant weight difference between you and your partner, we recommend two single mattresses for greater sleeping independence.

Sustainable bedding, eco-designed in Italy

Our organic latex mattress is designed in Italy by a family-owned business that draws on the quality and expertise of several generations. Since there are no natural latex factories in France, manufacturing it in France was not possible. We could have simply assembled the mattress in France to qualify for the “Made in France” label, but we chose to prioritize Italian craftsmanship and a fully responsible, local manufacturing process.

As for the materials used, there are other natural options, such as coconut fiber and horsehair, but we chose organic cotton to make our organic cotton cover.
