Faced with a market dominated by synthetic sofas ( leather, velvet, polyester, etc.), we set out to develop an alternative product that was as eco-friendly as possible. This starts with the manufacturing process . In France, we have a high level of craftsmanship. Driven by a desire to manufacture our furniture as locally as possible, we seek out passionate artisans throughout France. 

To craft our linen sofa, we partnered with a family-owned business in northern France with over 20 years of expertise. We share a commitment to working with high-quality, untreated fabrics and materials, and to using natural products in the manufacturing process. Whenever possible, fabric scraps are recycled.

To craft our linen sofa, we used various materials known for their strength and durability. The frame of our linen sofa is made of beech wood, which is known for its sturdiness. 

Natural latex, which we already use extensively in our mattresses, has been incorporated into the 12-cm-high seat. Natural latex is a material that does not lose its shape and helps prevent premature sagging. Combined with recycled feathers, it creates a plush feel for unparalleled comfort. 

To cover everything, we opted for linen— a material we’re already familiar with, having used it on two bed models (the upholstered bed and the storage bed). For the linen sofa, we turned to Lemaitre Demeestere, a French weaver and expert in the field (and that’s an understatement) since 1835. Linen is a durable fabric that adds a genuine touch of authenticity thanks to its raw, untreated natural quality.

To maintain a natural look and blend seamlessly into any interior, we offer the KIPLI linen sofa in several colors. These bright colors are particularly easy to coordinate with the rest of your decor. The cover on the KIPLI linen sofa is removable for easy care. Dry cleaning is recommended for this fabric to ensure its durability. 

We offer a 3-seater linen sofa (206 cm). In addition, the backrest is adjustable, and you can choose between large and small cushions. This allows you to select the design that best suits your personal taste and how you plan to use the linen sofa.
